We are passionate about promoting healthy lifestyle and offering physical activities for children and young people.

Over the past 12 months, we have been offering a range of services increasing confidence and physical strength, promoting healthy lifestyles and bringing different communities together.

There is a wide range of activities for all age groups that aim to promote physical and mental well-being, especially during the pandemic. Many children and young people we spoke to told us about the loss of confidence due to obesity and lack of social interaction. The services we have been offering include:

  • Table tennis sessions

  • Zumba class – led by Jerry Potter
  • Street dance – led by Evita Balcere
  • Community gym
  • Pool table sessions
